Class description: Hatha & Kundalini Yoga Class

Pranayama practice (Correct breathing)
Singing bowl meditation
Sound therapy meditation
Great for social interaction
Students will develop excellent core strength, correct posture and flexibility. A wonderful way of distressing after a long day and even better for those who suffer with chronic back pain.

4 Classes £38 per Calendar month (must book in advance)
Students who recommend new starters will get 50% off single classes and £8 off 4 class block booking.
